About Us

Changing Lives, Changing Communities

Central City Community Outreach (CCCO) is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with more than 20 years of experience working in the Skid Row corridor of downtown Los Angeles.

Through transformational practices that holistically address the needs of the Skid Row community, CCCO walks alongside individuals and families, together breaking the cycle of poverty by working towards reconciliation, justice, and renewal.

Our Mission

Central City Community Outreach (CCCO) exists as a local, relational, and grassroots organization that is committed to being a presence of dignity and hospitality in the Skid Row neighborhood. Through collaborative, transformational, and holistic programming, in partnership with Central City Community Church of the Nazarene, CCCO seeks the peace, reconciliation, restoration, and renewal of individuals and communities.

Location

We serve the community of Skid Row, an area of Downtown Los Angeles, which contains one of the largest populations (between 3,000 and 6,000) of homeless people in the United States.

CCCO is located at 419 E. 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013.

Our Programs

CCCO has a variety of programs, including our popular Karaoke Coffee Club on Wednesday nights, as well as Parish Chaplaincy and Mental Health Group Therapy.

Get Involved

Our small community- and faith-based organization relies on volunteers and financial partners to sustain our presence in Skid Row. We also offer Listening, Learning and Service Trips for groups from around the world to visit us and experience out work on Skid Row.
